• We are unable to allow entry to the home or sell items until the official start time.

• First come, first served. We may even have a sign-up sheet.

• Please bring indoor footwear and take your street footwear off to protect the home. 

• No food or drinks in the homes please.

• No washroom facilities are available.

• We are unable to answer emails or texts or provide price lists but we look forward to seeing you at the sale.

• Terms are cash (no coins) and Etransfer

• Delivery is available at an additional cost.

• All sales are final, all items are sold as-is, items have not been tested or thoroughly inspected, and no refunds will be

• issued under any circumstance.
